Eat Your Greens: A Collection Made to Move
Eat Your Greens isn’t just a collection. It’s the moment I found my rhythm as a designer and the foundation of what Amali has become.
This was one of the most loved and fastest-selling collections I’ve ever released. Bringing it back feels like reintroducing the pieces that defined my signature design style: refined, functional, and made to move.
I created Eat Your Greens for the woman who does it all. The one who swims, trains, works, and lives in her swimwear. Every piece is designed to move with your body and make you feel confident wherever the day takes you.
The story behind the name
Eat Your Greens is a playful title with meaning layered beneath it. It’s named after two of the most defining Amali designs, the Ozoux and Marie bikinis, both inspired by my best friend, Tara Marie Ozoux.
We met by chance in late 2021, and it instantly felt like one of those connections that would last a lifetime. Naming the designs after her felt right. She represents everything this collection stands for strength, softness, and quiet confidence.
Defining my design direction
Eat Your Greens marks a turning point in my design journey. Before this collection, I was still finding my place in the industry. I knew what I liked, but I hadn’t yet created something that fully captured it.
This was the collection that changed that. The fits are streamlined and supportive. The fabric is buttery yet structured. The finish is timeless, not trend-driven. I finally understood what made Amali unique: clean, refined design made to move with intention.
Eat Your Greens is where Amali’s identity came to life: minimal, confident, and quietly strong.
Designed for movement
Every Amali piece is tested in motion — in the ocean, at Pilates, and on long coastal walks. Each design has to perform in real life, not just look good in a photo.
Eat Your Greens was built with this philosophy at its core. Reversible, double lined, and designed with precision, it gives you more ways to wear and more freedom to move. Every seam, strap, and cut was considered for both comfort and shape.
